MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN

 

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Manufacturing Technician to join our team. SUMMARY:

 

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating manufacturing systems to produce the Asea Redox Supplement and Renu 28 topical product. As necessary, they will also assist with R&D projects, assist in installation and maintenance of new equipment, and help to maintain sanitation in operating areas.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Making de-ionized water
  • Manufacturing large volumes of saline solution
  • Monitoring machinery/electronic equipment
  • Operating pumps and valves to transfer finished product to storage tanks and collecting samples.
  • Filling out required GMP documentation according to GMP guidelines
  • Cleaning and maintaining the manufacturing room
  • Staging Inventory
  • Assist in research projects to create new products or improve the manufacturing process
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Understanding of chemistry and chemical processes (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Experience with industrial equipment/machinery preferred
  • Extremely strict attention to detail
  • Ability to do simply chemical calculations (salinity, pH, etc.)

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift (8-10 hours+ per day; usual schedule is M-F, starting at 6am-8am).
  • Frequent and repetitive: bending, crouching, stooping, and reaching throughout entire shift.
  • Frequently lift 50-75 pounds
  • Ability to work in warehouse condition; little heating or cooling.
