Regional Sales Manager - SALES, North America


ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in our sales department to become a dynamic duo to our amazing associates! If you are passionate about growth, building elite customer relationships, collaboration, results, and having a little fun, this job is for you! The Regional Sales Manager handles the high potential/high performing Associate (accounts) and develops an effective working relationship with them to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention to drive results. The RSM supports our Associates to become proud, loyal and active Associates developing themselves into leaders and acts as ambassadors for ASEA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strong partnerships with a defined number of Associates to grow their businesses
  • Work proactively and regularly with Key Accounts to develop solid leaders for a solid future
  • Set objectives with Associates about the account management and performance.
  • Support by analyzing and interpreting numbers and needs into developmental initiatives
  • Define and implement strategies to manage and develop accounts
  • Work with the sales team to develop individual market plans that motivate Associates
  • Conceptualize and implement sales trainings to support Key Associate Accounts
  • Manage conflicts and to come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure information-flow.
  • Manage performance reports for Associates and Key Accounts.
  • In charge of issues in the field and co-operates with "Back Office".
  • Presentation skills, manage associate weekly calls, and general motivation to associates*
  • Ensure first-class customer care and service.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • BS/BA degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, customer service, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • The ability to make decisions, problem solve, and prioritize assignments.
  • 3 + years of experience key account management, business development and sales, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Frequent travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or French language (written and verbal) a plus.
  • Moderate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite.
