ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The Quality Assurance Specialist helps to ensure world-class customer service for ASEA distributors and customers on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other contacts. This position will help call center representatives in the quality of how they resolve problems, answer inquiries, and assist in employee performance coaching related to their customer service. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed.


  • Be part of a team doing quality evaluations on our employees' interactions for all communication channels including phone call, email, and online chat.
  • Partner with Associate Support Representatives as they work to fulfill our Mission Statement. Provide relevant feedback, support, and encouragement.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our core values and how they impact our day-to-day actions. Identify these values on every QA evaluation, both in things done well, as well as areas for improvement.
  • Be an active participant in driving change and improvement in our department by sharing feedback, participating in QA/Training Team Meetings, making suggestions, attending department meetings, etc.
  • Work with call center Team Leads on each of their representatives to give them updates on their progress and evaluations.
  • Monitor not only recorded calls, but also live calls to be able to coach live, as well.
  • Evaluates agent's interactions with customers (using QA form) to ensure correct processes are followed, accurate information is provided, and positive connections are being made consistently.
  • Works with leaders to ensure that appropriate coaching and feedback is provided to each agent to support effective performance reviews.
  • Tracks and maintains individual QA scores, checklist, and trends.
  • Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of policies, procedures, products, etc.
  • In periods of excessive call volume, may assist with incoming calls, emails, etc.
  • Works on special/ongoing projects (as needed) and completes them in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Exceptional business-related writing and communication skills. Spanish language skills preferred, other language skills also encouraged to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to problem solve.
  • Be a team-oriented individual who is driven to assure that professionalism and quality is maintained between our associates and employees.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience with Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and be an adapt problem solver.
  • Friendly, flexible, dependable, and professional.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, internet, and CRMs.
