Sales Operations & Qualifications Manager

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Operations & Qualifications Manager to join our team. The Sales Operations & Qualifications Manager plays a key role in helping ASEA achieve our growth goals. This position has been created as part of the Global Sales Operations and Business Support team to provide support to ASEA corporate sales leadership in their efforts to sustain and increase sales globally. To ensure strategic alignment and profitability globally, this position coordinates and works with all departments and offices within the company. Additionally, this position will be tasked with supporting the launch, and subsequent management of a new global "Tracking and Verification Program". The Program supports the success of our independent associates (distributors) while ensuring sustainable and legitimate business growth that is in compliance with ASEA's Policies and Procedures. This position reports directly to the Managing Director of Global Sales Operations and Business Support.


  • Support global sales initiatives, projects, and tasks.
  • Help facilitate sales and sales related analytical requests for ASEA sales leadership.
  • Support the implementation and management of new and existing global sales processes
  • Support the launch and implementation of a new "Tracking & Verification Program" globally
  • After its launch, manage the global "Tracking & Verification Program", in partnership with other relevant departments in ASEA HQ and Sales colleagues around the world.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communications and coordinate efforts with other departments and offices within ASEA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Requirement to occasionally travel for meetings, trainings, etc. as needed.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.


  • 3+ years' experience with Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry specifically in Sales, Distributor Qualifications, Sales/Compensation Plan, or Compliance related areas.
  • Thorough understanding of ASEA's Compensation Plan and/or experience with other Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing Sales/Compensation Plan and how distributors build their businesses.
  • 1-3 years' hands on experience in Distributor Qualifications/Compensation Plan/Data Analysis/Fraud Analysis/Compliance, is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Data driven and strong analytical ability required, with an investigative mindset.
  • Ability to operate without close supervision and handle significant time and other pressures
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to speak an additional language is a plus
