Human Resource & HRIS Analyst


ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Human Resource and HRIS Analyst to join our team. SUMMARY:


The Human Resource and HRIS Analyst will act as an important position on the collaborative HR team. This position will manage our HR systems including regular maintenance, process management, process creation, and general flow of information and effectiveness. They will work closely with the Director and Manager of HR in collaborating on projects, priorities, and other needs. Additionally, this person will work closely with managers, directors, and employees in compensation analytics, benefits, and a general empowerment of other HR programs. RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage HR technology and systems, including daily maintenance, improvements, and ongoing needs evaluation.
  • Use HR technology to improve our processes, especially in these areas: performance management, onboarding and offboarding, paperwork and approvals, employee information, wage changes, and analytics.
  • Constantly evaluate HR processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR Director on initiatives, priorities, analytics, and other projects as needed.
  • Manage all call center hiring reports, send weekly updates, and track headcount and turnover reports.
  • Respond to call center employee relations inquires and work with call center management on solutions. .
  • Support employee wellness initiatives, company benefits offerings, career learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
  • Other human resources and related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Ability to manage HR tech systems - BambooHR, ADP, and Workfront experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of improving HR processes.
  • Microsoft Office skills, intermediate Excel skill.
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong passion for employee experience and building culture.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and documents ethically.
  • Experience leading, influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Multiple language fluency in understanding and speaking preferred.
