SENIOR BRAND MANAGER, NUTRITION


ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Brand Manager, Nutrition to join our team. SUMMARY:


The Senior Brand Manager, Nutrition will work closely with the Senior Director of Product Marketing on the brand management, innovation and development of new products for Health & Wellness. This manager drives and supports various marketing projects and initiatives, with a focus on core company products.




RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead category management for Nutrition Brands to ensure continued Brand growth.
  • Work closely with Director on innovation and development of new projects
  • Manage the product development life-cycle from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery of critical project milestones & budgets.
  • Help define the future product road map and optimizes current product portfolio in accordance with brand development philosophy.
  • Lead communication with cross functional departments on product briefs, formulae feedback and timelines.
  • Work with Creative teams on visual and packaging design that creates an on-brand experience.
  • Utilize appropriate support functions or outside agencies to create and improve advertising, promotion and marketing plans. Secures necessary legal approvals.
  • Analyze market competition and category trends to identify new opportunities for growth or enhanced profitability.
  • Work closely with Director in preparation for category reviews, innovation presentations, product turn over presentations and regional innovation meetings. Stay up to date on new trends in and out of the industry.
  • Attend trend shows, seminars and industry trade shows to report on trends and related new developments when necessary.
  • Create Design Briefs for competitive review, market trends, and mood board direction.
  • Lead product testing for claims and branding




YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF:


  • MBA preferred with 5-7 years brand management experience
