THE POSITION: 


The Inside Sales Representative works to support the ASEA sales team in coordination of overall sales strategies, events, and initiatives. This person will use organizational tactics, planning and execution, and problem solving to support ASEA's departmental and company-wide initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist manager with distributor initiatives, promotions, and programs.
Research and execute project resolution and communication throughout department, company, and field as assigned.  
Occasional travel as needed in support of departmental events.

Work closely with manager and relevant department heads to help increase enrollments, retention, consumer experience, and improve overall distributor relations. 
Assist manager with organization and execution of meetings, presentations, and electronic communication.
Organize and facilitate all leadership acquisition sales events. 
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:


High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 
1-2 years' sales experience in direct marketing company a plus. 
Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communications skills. 
Ability to facilitate feedback, promote cooperation, and identify and solve problems in a timely manner. 
Strong work ethic, accountability, and cost consciousness.
