THE POSITION: 

The Call Center Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of on-the-job training for new and existing associate support representatives.  The training programs vary from work practices to professional development and interpersonal interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish training programs that teach essential job functions and duties as assigned by the management team.
  • Plan, organize, and record attendance of scheduled training sessions.
  • Teach and coach individual employees and groups.
  • Work with management to develop individual training plans for employees.
  • Create learning materials and write training manuals.
  • Conduct departmental assessments to identify individual skill gaps and general training needs.
  • Solicit class offerings to employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in customer service.
  • Experience with Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of training management, employee development, and learning practices.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to market, implement, and deliver workforce training programs and courses.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
