THE POSITION: 

The ASEA sales team is looking for someone with the passion, energy, and expertise to be the advocate for our customers and drive change to ensure we exceed our customer's needs and expectations. This position will be responsible for auditing, improving, and managing our customer experience from top to bottom. 

 .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive review of our existing customer experience.
  • Present improvement solutions to corporate leadership.
  • Conduct competitor analyses to develop customer experience best practices.
  • Survey and focus group customers to glean qualitative and quantitative insight.
  • Conduct brainstorming meeting with corporate staff.
  • Build strategies and proposals for customer experience improvements.
  • Project manage implementation of customer experience initiatives.
  • Craft and manage first 90-day customer experience.
  • Craft and manage training platform for new associates.
  • Interface with customer experience related contractors and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (marketing or business preferred). 
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, and customer service (including internal clients) skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to operate without close supervision and handle significant time and other pressures.
  • Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative skills is a plus.
  • Experience in the Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry is a plus.
