PROJECT COORDINATOR, SALES & MARKETING

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator, Sales & Marketing to join our team. SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator, Sales & Marketing is a key link in supporting the success of our independent associates / distributors while supporting various projects to implement regional support, and contributing to other global initiatives. This position will manage customer experience efforts, interact with internal and external parties, and support sales strategy projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project manage implementation of sales strategy initiatives.
  • Implement strategies and continuously review needs for customer experience improvements.
  • Help to craft and manage first 90-day customer experience.
  • Partner with marketing and sales and other departments in generating tools, training, and marketing collateral.
  • Serve as a key liaison between regional offices and external and internal corporate departments (Sales, Marketing, etc.).
  • Involved in intense problem solving and critical thinking to resolve issues and further market development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (marketing or business preferred). 
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, and customer service (including internal clients) skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to operate without close supervision and handle significant time and other pressures.
  • Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative skills is a plus.
  • Experience in the Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry is a plus. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
