MARKETING COORDINATOR

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator facilitates on-the-ground production, roll-out, and maintenance of key marketing collateral pieces.  This position drives and supports various marketing projects and initiatives. A successful coordinator collaborates with local and international managers to expedite marketing localization, implement regional and global marketing support, and contribute to other marketing functions.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage comprehensive marketing initiative and project plans.
  • Partner with marketing and sales departments in generating sales tools, sales training, and marketing collateral.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, etc.)
  • Coordinate long term marketing strategies, implementation plans, and product roadmaps.
  • Help oversee regional marketing implementation and execution.
  • Initiate, manage, track, and review marketing projects related to marketing materials.
  • Involved in intense problem solving and critical thinking to resolve issues and further marketing development.
  • Manage international marketing localization, using translation process through vendor where needed.
  • Facilitate other department functions where necessarily including copy writing, idea generation, materials review and/or editing, event support and coordination, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU HAVE - QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, business, or other related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or related.
  • Able to work independently while keeping teammates abreast of milestones and issues.
  • Demonstrated strong business consulting and technical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with both local and international cross-functional teams to ensure deliverable quality.
  • Excellent relationship building and communications skills.
  • Ability to operate without close supervision and handle significant time and other pressures.
  • Experience with Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry a plus.
  • Business-related Spanish fluency a plus (verbal, written, etc.).Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
