REGIONAL SALES MANAGER US/CANADA

 

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager, US/Canada to join our team. SUMMARY:

 

The Regional Sales Manager, US/Canada works to drive enrollment, support retention, develop leadership, and maintain positive distributor relations.  The position will create, direct, and implement the overall market-specific strategies as directed by company leadership.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Execute regional strategic, business, and marketing plans.
  • Consistently increase revenue, enrollments, and over-all growth in assigned region.
  • Drive regional sales initiatives, incentives, and promotions.
  • Work closely with other regional teams and relevant department heads to increase distributor base, retention, recognition, and improve overall distributor relations.
  • Travel frequently to various areas within assigned region US/Canada.
  • Oversee distributor issues as they arise in region.
  • Work with top distributors to grow their organizations.
  • Manage the organization and execution of meetings, presentations, and electronic communication to increase enrollment and provide distributor training and education.
  • Manage region independently and show initiative in sales activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years' sales experience in the Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry required.
  • Proven track record of growing sales.
  • Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Ability to facilitate feedback, promote cooperation, and identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Proven track record inspiring and motivating others, empowering autonomy, and making hard decisions.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and cost consciousness.
