RECOGNITION COORDINATOR

 

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recognition Coordinator to join our team. SUMMARY:

 

In our direct sales business model, we partner with independent distributors or associates, to get the product to individuals.  The Recognition Coordinator provides dependable support and administrative for the programs that show appreciation for these associates.  The position will focus on preparing materials for recognition, managing rank advancements, and providing great customer service.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Be the first point of recognition contact for associates.
  • Provide excellent customer service to associates by creating an environment where they feel recognized and appreciated by the company.
  • Facilitate recognition reporting, tracking of rank and other advancement, and update departments on recognition.
  • Maintain recognition emails, social media pages, control supplies and swag inventory, and ship recognition items.
  • Facilitate associate recognition, send correspondence to field leadership, and assist with newsletters and magazines.
  • Maintain past and current recognition itineraries, expense reports, recognition correspondence, associate costs, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years' recognition or customer service experience with Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, dependable, and professional.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
