ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter and Human Resources Analyst to join our team. The Recruiter and Human Resources Analyst provides support for the daily operations of the Human Resources Department with the attention to staffing management.  This position is responsible for key areas in workforce planning, including candidate sourcing, social media presence, recruiting, selection, and compensation.




  • Manage recruiting function including creating job postings; sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; reference checking; and new hire orientation. 
  • Support managers throughout the hiring and on-boarding process, talent selection, and other human resources functions. 
  • Create the foundations of the company's compensation plan through job profiling and market valuation. 
  • Be an innovator in how the company recruits and analyze recruiting effectiveness.
  • Take part in the analysis and implementation of our HRIS / HCM system.
  • Support employee wellness initiatives, company benefits offerings, career learning and development, and HR policies.
  • Develop a network of referrals; identify target companies, user groups, professional associations, and colleges; use social media, networking opportunities, cold calling, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate various programs, record-keeping, and reporting. 
  • Participate in Human Resources compliance audits. 
  • Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times.
  • Other human resources and related duties as assigned.




  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field or AS/AA in combination of related experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience required.
  • Strong ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
  • Proven track record of developing ideas and strategies in recruitment that contribute to long-term company growth.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information ethically. 
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Problem solving skills in dealing with recruiting & HR issues.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel ability.
