WILL CALL SPECIALIST
ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Will Call Specialist to join our team. SUMMARY:
The Will Call Specialist is responsible for the distribution and fulfillment of ASEA product. This position will work with the Facilities and Office Manager, oversee inventory, and industry compliance undertakings. The Will Call Specialist is responsible for proving excellent customer service in the process of distribution and fulfillment of ASEA product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull the stock for will call, shipments, and other items as needed.
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding associate orders, returns, and will call needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters Will Call without necessary controls.
- Analyze, create reports, and improve will call efficiency with manager direction.
- Contribute to the creation of new process and procedures of call center and systems.
- Document incidents and enhancement related issues as needed within the system, coordinate with other teams as required.
- Maintain Will Call inventory levels, and restock as needed
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Work with associate support, sales, marketing, production, and other departments as needed to accomplish goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus.
- 1-2+ years' customer service or reception required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, customer service, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce independently in a dynamic, ever-changing, environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit or stand and move around for the entire shift (8 hours+ per day; usual schedule is M-F, 8-hour days starting at 9am).
- Frequent and repetitive: bending, crouching, stooping, and reaching throughout entire shift.
- Occasionally lift 50-75 pounds, frequently lift 25-50 pounds.
